Cerca nelle pagine l'hotel che risponde alle tue esigenze, controlla la disponibilità e i prezzi e registrati a Venere per poi continuare la prenotazione.
Una volta registrato puoi usare la tua login e password personali per fare altre prenotazioni o per modificare/cancellare le tue prenotazioni.
Il numero della carta di credito sarà digitato in un server sicuro e il pagamento effettuato solo al check out direttamente all'albergo.
I termini di cancellazione ti saranno comunicati prima di inviare i dati della carta di credito.
Una volta inviata la richiesta di prenotazione, la direzione dell'albergo ti confermerà il tutto via e-mail.
L'albergo avrà 36 ore di tempo per poter confermare la prenotazione che può essere modificata e/o cancellata in qualsiasi momento (nei termini delle cancellazioni previste dall'albergo - vedi sopra).
